- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They never call to tell me my prescriptions are ready. I have to call them. But they call to tell me the prescription will go back into stock if I don't pick if up that day. Update. So my doctors office never notified me that they were starting me on a new prescription for nausea. I finally was able to get back into MyCharts to see it. So when I called the pharmacy to ask if it was ready, the girl copped an attitude and said it had been put back in stock. When I commented and said that I had never been notified, she got real snarky. So I snarked back and stated that for one medication I have to call halfway through the prescription. To which she replied they have to contact the doctor. I said I understand that. But y'all never call me to tell me that it's ready, so we have to go through the process again.
